OBJECTIVE
My objective for Walmart was to create comprehensive and visually appealing documentation, social media content, and other materials that effectively communicate important information to Walmart associates.
Additionally, the design should align with Walmart's brand image and values, while also incorporating modern design elements to ensure that the materials are both professional and engaging.
OUTCOME
Overall the materials designed were clear, concise, and easily accessible to all associates, regardless of their level of technical expertise or familiarity with Walmart's policies and procedures. The ultimate goal was to enhance associate engagement, increase productivity, and improve overall performance across the organization. When the opportunity presented itself, I was able to introduce new design elements that further elevated the brand’s image and values.
